One month long health awareness campaign “Health in 4 Dimensions (H4D)” organised by focusQatar concluded with a ceremony held at Qatar Sports club. Public Health Director Dr Sheikh Muhammed bin Hamad Al Thani inaugurated the function. In his inaugural speech Dr Muhammed Al Thani praised the service of focusQatar in the field health promotion.
Scholar and Translator of the Holy Quran, Cheriyamundam Abdul Hameed Madani delivered the keynote address.
Madani Said that people can be relieved from major diseases including cancer, if they eliminate the fear from their minds. It is scientifically proven fact that the people free from character flaws such as hatred, envy, stress, anger shall be less vulnerable to diseases.
FocusQatar CEO Muneer Ahmed presided over the function. KMCC Secretary Nihmathulla Kottakkal, Incas President Joppachen Thekkekkoot, Qatar Indian Islahi Centre Acting President Muneer Mankada, IIA Secretary Aboobacker and Malabar Gold and Diamonds Regional Head TV Santhosh spoke on the occasion. Qatar Sports Club Marketing Manager Tareq Ali Mahmoud and Dr Muhammed Hajjah were present. Focus Admin Manager Askar Rahman welcomed the gathering and Finance Manager Ashif Azeez proposed a vote of thanks.
A painting display by Sanjay Chapolkar, Santhosh Doha and Salih Palath was a major attraction of the event. Students of Doha Modern Indian School arranged a stall to exhibit the bad effects of smoking on health. More than 1200 delegates attended the conference.
