Qatar is taking part in the first meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Planning Institute for the year 2016-2017 to be held tomorrow in Kuwait.
The Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics said that Minister of Development Planning and Statistics H E Dr Saleh Mohamed Salem Al Nabit will attend the meeting. The meeting will discuss the annual report of 2015-2016, the financial contributions received from members, Arab funds, Kuwaiti contribution for the 8th financing plan (2015-2020) in addition to a few other topics.
The Arab Planning Institute is an Arab development institution that aims to support economic and social development administrations in Arab countries through functions that cover developing national human resources, providing consultation services, and institutional support.
