Qatar Airways was named Best Customer Experience at the Customer Show Awards 2016 hosted recently by Terrapinn in Dubai.
The Customer Show Awards, part of the annual Middle East’s Customer Festival, celebrates all aspects of the customer journey from customer engagement initiatives to harnessing digital technologies. Qatar Airways was voted by customers as the leading organisation in its approach to customer service delivery.
Qatar Airways Senior Vice-President of Customer Experience, Rossen Dimitrov, said: “It is an honour to be named Best Customer Experience at the Customer Awards 2016 in Dubai, voted by our valued customers."
This latest award joins a string of other accolades the airline has won recently.
