Speaker of the Advisory Council, H E Mohamed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi, with Ambassador of the Republic of Ecuador to Qatar, Kabalan Abisaab, on the occasion of end of his tenure in the country. The Speaker wished the envoy success in his future assignments. The meeting was attended by Advisory Council’s Secretary-General Fahd bin Mubarak Al Khayareen.
