Amman: The State of Qatar took part in the coordination ministerial meeting of Their Highnesses and Excellencies foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), held on the sidelines of the 165th ordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the ministerial level in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
The State of Qatar was represented at the meeting by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs H E Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi.
The meeting discussed the latest developments, as well as regional and international efforts aimed at de-escalation and strengthening security and stability in the region.
Meanwhile, during the session the State of Qatar participated in the resumed 165th ordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the ministerial level, which took place in the Jordanian capital yesterday.
Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi represented the State of Qatar at the meeting.
