Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a written message from Djibouti President Ismail Omar Guelleh on relations between both countries and issues of common interest. The message was handed over by Djibouti’s outgoing Ambassador to Qatar, Mumin Hassan Barre, when the Emir met him at the Emiri Diwan. The Emir conferred the Sash of Merit on Barre for promoting relations between both countries, wishing him success in future assignments and relations further progress and prosperity. Barre expressed gratitude and appreciation to the Emir and officials for cooperation during his tenure.
