A Green Garden Lizard changing its colour when threatened in the hills of Kadugannawa, 99 km from Colombo, Sri Lanka, yesterday. The reptile is common in gardens as well as shrub jungles island-wide. Its green colour acts as camouflage amidst foliage. When threatened or agitated, it changes colour around its upper body.
