DOHA: Barwa Real Estate Group has announced plans to unveil several projects at Cityscape Qatar 2013.
Barwa Real Estate Group’s CEO, Abdulla Abdulaziz Al Subaie, will be speaking at the Qatar Real Estate Summit that runs in parallel with Cityscape Qatar. Ahead of Barwa’s participation at Cityscape, Al Subaie said: “We are proud to have conceptualised and delivered complex and large-scale projects locally, as well as regionally and worldwide. Barwa continues to build a diverse portfolio of innovative and lucrative projects in Qatar and around the world. Cityscape Qatar is a great platform to cement our results and to engage more closely with our clients, partners and other stakeholders.”
Barwa Real Estate will present several flagship projects at the event. The highlight will be the Oryx Island, a pedestrian-only integrated development featuring luxury villas, an aqua park, and five floating hotels. A 250-hectare site is being envisioned as the Gulf Resort, featuring a natural harbour, three hotels and a shopping mall. The company will unveil Dara, a residential development covering an area of 176,000 sqm , located at Fox Hills. Fox Hills covers a total of 1.6m sqm and is part of Lusail City.
International projects such as the Ottomare project in Turkey that comprises of 391 upscale residential units will also be showcased at the Barwa Real Estate pavilion.
