LG Electronics (LG) and Video Home have launched a women-friendly customer service programme, ‘LG Pink Service’, in Qatar to provide technical assistance across LG products to female customers at home.
The Pink Service, an extension of LG’s Care and Delight campaign, will allow female customers to be served by women technicians at home, as an alternative to a male specialist visiting customers at home to advise them on products and their care.
“LG has always put the needs of its customers at the forefront, from producing the latest innovative technology to customer service,” said D Y Kim, President, LG Electronics Gulf FZE. “This was the motivation behind developing our Care & Delight services as an extension to the differentiated customer-oriented services LG provides. We introduced The Pink Service, which is tailored to the special needs of our customers in Qatar.”
To ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained, LG has selected technicians with the highest skills set for the Pink Service programme. As per LG service practices, all LG technicians will be continuously reviewed to ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained across all markets.
C V Rappai, Director and General Manager of Video Home and Jumbo Electronics, said: “The Pink Service is the latest innovative service LG has launched in Qatar, Nevertheless, LG has also launched the Care & Delight Moving Service Centre last year allowing customers to benefit from LG service.”The Peninsula
