Paris--World number one Novak Djokovic extended his lead at the top of the ATP rankings following his three-set victory over number two Roger Federer in the final of the Indian Wells Masters on Sunday.

In the latest rankings, released Monday, Spaniard Rafael Nadal, Britain's Andy Murray and Kei Nishikori complete the top five with Canadian Milos Raonic in sixth spot.

But former Australian Open champion Stan Wawrinka of Switzerland slipped one place to eighth following his second round exit in California, while Spaniard David Ferrer climbs one place to seventh.

American John Isner dropped four places to 21st, leaving the United States without a single representative in the world top 20.
