N’Djamena: Transitional President of the Republic of Chad H E Lieutenant-General Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno received the credentials of H E Talib bin Mohammed Al Mankhas as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Chad.
The Ambassador conveyed the greetings of Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to Transitional President of the Republic of Chad and His Highness’s wishes of good health and happiness to His Excellency and continued progress and prosperity to the government and people of the Republic of Chad.
For his part, the Transitional President of the Republic of Chad entrusted the Ambassador with his greetings to H H the Amir, wishing His Highness good health and happiness and the State of Qatar further progress, development, and prosperity.
