Gaza: The death toll from Israeli occupation attacks across central Gaza rose to 21 on Saturday following a series of airstrikes on Gaza City, Deir al-Balah, and Al-Nuseirat.
Palestinian medical sources, quoted by the Palestinian news agency (Wafa), reported that 21 Palestinians were martyred in the occupation strikes, with nine fatalities admitted to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, four to Al-Awda Hospital in Al-Nuseirat, and eight to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah.
In addition, one Palestinian was injured by Israeli occupation army fire in Khan Younis amid heavy tank shelling south of the city.
Earlier on Saturday, Gaza's Ministry of Health confirmed that the overall death toll since the start of the Israeli offensive on 7 October 2023 has reached 69,733, with 170,863 injured, while some victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to rescue crews.
