Doha: Tickets for the Qatar ExxonMobil Open 2014 – celebrating 22 years of professional men’s tennis in Doha – will be on sale online beginning on Sunday, Qatar Tennis Federation announced here yesterday.
Spectators interested in buying tickets are requested to go to www.qatartennis.org for all information regarding purchasing of tickets online.
The event, played from December 30 to January 4, 2014 will bring the biggest names in men’s tennis to the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex.
Some of the top players who will be in action in Doha and will kick off their 2014 season on the ATP World Tour include: World No. 1 Rafael Nadal, defending champion Richard Gasquet, World No. 3 David Ferrer, World No. 4 Andy Murray, World No. 7 Tomas Berdych, and 2012 finalist Gael Monfils.
“The Qatar ExxonMobil Open is a cornerstone in the Qatar sports calendar. This is the 22nd year the event has been held and the stars that have played here include legends of the game. This year promises to be an exciting event with crowd favorites like Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray along with David Ferrer and Richard Gasquet,” said Tournament director, Karim Alami.
