Action from Round 1 of the Qatar International Endurocross

The podium winners at the Qatar International Endurocross pose for a picture during the victory ceremony on Saturday. Endurocross off-road races are designed to test the endurance and off-road desert riding skills of the rider mixing enduro with motocross. Each race is run over a mix of different types of desert terrain and last for 30 minutes plus 1 lap. The Championship is 4 rounds and each round consists of 2 races. Administrative checks and scrutineering are on the morning of the event followed by free practice and then the two races. There are 3 classes for motorcycles (E1, E2 and Veterans) and 1 class for quads. The second round of the championship will be held on March 11.
