DOHA: Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company (MPHC), a subsidiary of Qatar Petroleum partially floated on the Qatar Exchange and one of the region’s premier diversified petrochemical conglomerates, has restructured its board of directors and executive management.
In a brief statement issued yesterday, MPHC named Ahmad Saif Al Sulaiti as its new Chairman. Mohamed Salem Alyan Al Marri is the vice chairman. Abdulrahman Ahmad Al Shaibi, Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Mannai, Abdulaziz Jassim Mohd Al Muftah, Nabeel Mohammed Al Buenain and Khalid Mohamed Al Subaey (member/managing director) are among other members of the new board.
