Doha, Qatar: Regine Velasquez-Alcasid is a Filipino singer, host and actress. She is also known as the Asia’s Song Bird and considered one of the most influential figures in Philippine popular culture. She started her career in 1986 and won numerous awards and several Best Actress awards in television and movies.
Royal Sports and Events WLL will be producing “Regine live in Doha” that will be held at Al Gharafa Sports Club on June 30. This will be one of the most awaited concerts this year in Doha, Qatar.
A singer-songwriter and Regine’s husband, Ogie Alcasid will be present in the concert as well as Eat Bulaga’s co-host and comedian, Allan Quilantang also known as Allan K. The concert is expected to be watched by more than 5,000 people dominantly Filipinos residing in Qatar.
