Doha: President of the Republic of Rwanda HE Paul Kagame arrived in Doha on Tuesday morning on a working visit.
HE the President, and the accompanying delegation, was welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by Director of Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Ibrahim bin Yousif Fakhro, and Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to the State of Qatar HE Igor Marara Kainamura.
