London: A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed yesterday for the establishment of a strategic dialogue between the State of Qatar and the United Kingdom.
It was signed when Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani met yesterday in London with the United Kingdom Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs H E James Cleverly.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and ways to support and develop them, in addition to regional and international developments, particularly the humanitarian situation in Turkey and Syria after the earthquake, the latest developments in the Iranian nuclear file, and the crisis between Russia and Ukraine.
