Madhukar Jha (pictured) has taken over as principal of Doha Modern Indian School with immediate effect. A veteran educator, Jha brings with him 14 years of experience in the fields of teaching, learning and training in the public school system (both CBSE and ICSE curriculum), and has both academic and administrative skills.
Originally from Patna, India, Jha has a master’s degree in geography from Patna University and has been involved in many research projects and published articles. He has set up two schools in India.
“He joins as the principal of DMIS at a time when we are moving towards enhancement of standards in multiple areas to meet the requirements of modern day multitasking human resources. A multifaceted personality, young and energetic Jha is sure to lead the school community with vision and dedication,” a statement from the school said.
