Vice-President of the Republic of Ecuador H E Alfredo Borrero arrived in Doha yesterday to attend the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 which takes place this evening at Al Bayt Stadium. The Vice-President of Ecuador and the accompanying delegation were welcomed by Director of Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs H E Ibrahim bin Yousif Fakhro and Ambassador of Ecuador to Qatar H E Pascual del Cioppo.
