Doha: President of the Republic of Rwanda HE Paul Kagame, arrived in Doha on Sunday, to attend the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 which takes place today evening at Al Bayt Stadium.
His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by Director of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Ibrahim bin Yousef Fakhro, and Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to Qatar HE Igor Marara Kayinamura.
