HMC joins hands with Q-Post for delivery service

Qatar Postal Services Company (Q-Post) yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for providing delivery services with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). The MoU aims at supporting costumers experience strengthen.
The cooperation will support the Corporation in certain complementary services such as the delivery of renewed health cards, medical reports, medical devices and medicines to patients.
The MoU was signed by Faleh Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Chairman and Managing Director of Qatar Post, and Nasser Saeed Al Nuaimi, Deputy Chief Quality Officer and Co-Director for Hamad Healthcare Quality Institute (HHQI) at HMC.
Faleh Al Nuaimi praised the continued keenness of HMC on developing services provided the provision of safe and effective services in this sector to customers. “Qatar Post, after the launch of digital transformation process, is in a good position to support HMC in its digital efforts by providing modern postal services in line with the Corporation’s aspirations,” he said.
He emphasised: “that the Digital Mailroom of Qatar Post will ensure fast and safe delivery and that the documents will not be lost.”
“HMC is proud to work with Qatar Post, and the partnership is the first step for many upcoming projects which will help HMC achieve its strategic objectives of offering services through digitization and providing safe and effective health care to its patients” Nasser Al Nuaimi, said.
Ali Abdullah Al Khater, Chief Communications Officer at HMC and Chair of the Healthcare Communications, said: “Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking to benefit by launching a delivery service for health cards, medical reports, medicines and medical devices for patients and customers in their locations”
He noted: “that HMC seeks to extend its services to public by benefiting from technological developments within the framework of its vision which aims at providing the best health care for citizens and residents”
He highlighted: “the Corporation’s commitment to moving forward and to make use of all communications and technology developments to improve the services provided for patients.”
