DOHA: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index dropped 64.16 points, or 0.56 percent, on Sunday when it closed at 11,354.52 points.
The market capitalization decreased to QR599.35bn from QR602.39bn registered Thursday.
The daily turnover decreased to QR180.56m with a volume of 3,848,462 shares from 2,651 shares compared with QR1.09bn with a volume of 7,67,632 shares from 4,288 transactions on Thursday, reports QNA.
Indices of all seven sectors ended in the red today.
Shares of 40 companies changed hands today from the 43 listed on QSE. From these eight gained, 29 dropped and three remained unchanged.
