The Foreign Ministry Secretary-General yesterday hosted a ceremony in honour of outgoing ambassadors Ernesto Daniel Plasinsiya (Cuba) and Luis Enrique Martinez (Panama). The head of diplomatic missions and officials from the ministry attended.
