Cairo: The International Union for Training and Development (IUTD) concluded the the First Arab Gulf Conference for Training and Development, on Saturday.
The conference's recommendations will be submitted to civil service bureaus and human resources' departments across Arab countries to help improve policies and practices related to human capital development.
Featuring the handing of several recognition awards, the conference consisted of a series of panel discussions, workshops, and specialized sessions covering various topics related to training and development, including digital transformation, artificial intelligence, building and development, in addition to success stories.
Held under the chairmanship of IUTD president, Dr. Dera Al Dosari, the conference saw the participation of delegations from 14 Arab countries, along with distinguished leaders and officials from training and development institutions, government and private-sector organizations, academics and researchers, entrepreneurs, trainers, experts, representatives of research and study centers, media professionals, and content creators.
