Doha: Vodafone is offering double data totalling 4GB while roaming in Saudi Arabia on Vodafone Passport Pack from now until July 16.
The first 2GB can be used on any network in Saudi Arabia and the extra 2GB is available on STC Saudi Arabia’s network.
Mohamed Al Sadah, Chief Operating Officer, Vodafone Qatar, said, “With many of our customers travelling to Saudi Arabia during the Holy Month to perform pilgrimage to Makkah, Umra and after that to spend Eid Al Fitr in the kingdom, it was important that we offer our customers a better way to stay in touch with their loved ones.”
In addition to 4GB of data, the pack allows customers to enjoy unlimited incoming and outgoing calls to Vodafone Qatar numbers at QR100 a week. Customers can activate the pack by dialling *110*110#
They will also enjoy 4G coverage while roaming in Saudi Arabia, at no extra cost to the current roaming rates. All customers have to do is enable 4G and data roaming on their smartphones. The pack has been expanded from 45 to 76 countries, enabling customers to roam for as low as local rates in time for the summer holiday season.
