Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel’s doors are open for Arabic food lovers from May 18 to 24. The Arabic Week at Grand Gourmet restaurant, served in an open buffet, offers select Arabic delicacies from different parts of the Middle East for QR165 per person for dinner.
Jameel Nabtiti, Executive Chef of Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel, said: “Our main culinary expertise is Arabic food. We have several chefs from Jordan, Egypt and Morocco who put their heads together to make this week a successful one. We will be showcasing dishes like Moroccan couscous, tagines, lentil soup, machbous, kebsa, fareed, um ali and much, much more.”
