Workshop themes included ‘Setting the Scene – Understanding the type of leader we are and want to be’; ‘Introducing the Challenge – Using the Challenge as a way to put your leadership skills into practice’; ‘Leading Change – Working as an effective team’; and ‘What Next? – Developing a Personal Action Plan’ Fifteen senior executives and experts from partner organisations and related industries participated in the workshops and shared the challenges they faced in their careers, and their successes as leaders. An internship opportunity will be offered to selected students at Oxy Qatar to further develop their skills and apply the knowledge and techniques to real-life experiences. The Peninsula
