Minister of State and Chairman of Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ) H E Ahmad Al Sayed received Dilawar Syed, the Special Representative for Commercial and Business Affairs in the United States of America.
During the meeting, prospects of cooperation were discussed to deepen the commercial partnership between the State of Qatar and the US. The meeting was attended by a number of senior officials from both sides, followed by a tour at the Business Innovation Park in Ras Bufontas Free Zone, to present the investment opportunities offered by the free zones.
Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ) started its operations in 2019 and it oversees and regulates world-class free zones in Qatar and secures fixed investments within the zones.
