Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday Decree No. 11 of 2018, ratifying a memorandum of understanding about cooperation in the education, higher education and scientific research fields between Qatar and Somalia, which was signed in Doha on March 18, 2015, annexed to this decree and to have the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
The Emir also issued Decree No. 13 of 2018, ratifying a twinning agreement between Doha Municipality and Bishkek Municipality, which was signed in Doha on December 8, 2014, annexed to this decree and to have the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution. The two decrees are effective starting from their date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette.
