Blue Salon launches new perfume collection by Memo Paris

Blue Salon launched the new perfume collection by Memo Paris. Memo Paris, renowned for their leather products as well as their luxury perfumes, has introduced their newest collection, Cuirs Nomades. Unlike the brand’s inaugural collection Les Echappees which was rooted in the mystery of the destination, Cuirs Nomades looks to explore the places where leather blossoms. Clara and John Molloy, the Founders of Memo Paris have expressed that the creation of Cuirs Nomades has been a truly personal experience. Stating that they had to seek inspiration from their own travels and what they found to be personally exciting and memorable.
The Cuirs Nomades Collection consists of two leather influenced fragrances: Italian leather and Irish Leather.
Clara Malloy, creative director, has stated that the main inspiration behind this perfume was watching Roman Holiday, starring Audrey Hepburn. Italian Leather provides a perfectly crafted juxtaposition between the animalic, musky leather accord and the sweetness of vanilla and tomato leaves. Irish leather evokes an icy, biting northern morning. They wanted to capture the smell of walking into the stable and swing opening the wooden track room doors, freeing the scent of leather, wood, amber and honey.  This perfume was inspired by John Molloy’s birth place of Ireland.
