Doha: Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces H E Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al Nabit has inaugurated the website of the Directorate of Environment of the Armed Forces.
Through its website, the Directorate of Environment aims to introduce the directorate and its most prominent activities, in addition to contributing with other authorities in the country to solving environmental issues, and highlighting the role of the armed forces in general in preserving the environment and its natural characteristics.
The inauguration was attended by Commander of Qatar Amiri Corps of Engineers (QACE) H E Major General (Engineer) Issa Ali Al-Kubaisi, Brigadier (technician/air) Mohamed Yousef Al-Jaida, Director of the Directorate of Environment, and a number of senior officers in the Directorate.
