MES Indian School recently organised a food festival — Edutainment — in the girls’ section. Students of classes XI and XII showcased their culinary talent in the festival. “Traditional Indian cuisine paired with modern dishes provided a perfect blend of culinary delights,” remarked V V Mahamood, President, MES Governing Board, while inaugurating the festival. The event featured mouth-watering kebabs, biryanis, and never-before-tried dishes like East and West, Vietnamese Chicken Wings with Maggi sauce, Irish Colcannon with spring onions and leeks and kai yang.
