Birla Public School (BPS) student secured bronze medal in under 14 badminton mixed doubles in National CBSE tournament held at Meerut, India. Anirudh Santhosh (pictured) of Class 7B(i) won the bronze medal in under 14 Mixed doubles category. Besides Anirudh, Steve John of class 7 also represented the school in the tournament.
There were 14 teams in mixed doubles from different states of India and schools from gulf zone as well.
Coach Prasobh Kumar, Physical Education teacher of Birla Public School, accompanied the team.
