In an effort to provide improved accessibility to its medical facility in Al Wakra, KIMS Qatar Medical Centre (KQMC) is providing free rides to its customers from nearby areas through its recent initiative.
Customers simply have to book an Uber, Careem or Karwa taxi and come down to the centre and produce the receipt or an SMS of their usage and KIMS will pay back their fare by adjusting it in their invoice. According to officials at KIMS, this measure will improve convenience and provide hassle-free accessibility for its customers, especially for those who find it difficult to undertake travel.
The move has been welcomed by many and customers have stated that this service has provided them with relief on financial front too. The officials further said that the service is being provided to customers for coming to KIMS only and has a cap of QR30.
