DOHA: Qatar Schools Debate League-I (QSDL) for Girls was organized from October 20 to November 7 at De Bakey High School and Students Centre HBKU respectively. Team DPSMIS secured overall second position after a closely contested debate.
Team 2 consisting of Kirti, Vaishnavi, Tejaswi stood third followed by Team 1 with Mishti, Arya, Priyal in fourth position and Team 3 comprising of Tisha, Tahniath, Vennila at the 16th position in their respective categories.
They debated on different challenging motions which helped them develop their current knowledge, critical thinking capability, convincing and persuasive skills. It was a great experience and an opportunity to learn and improve knowledge from the participation of 168 debaters, 56 teams from 34 schools.
