The Lulu Hypermarket Group has apologised for an error in its press statement published by The Peninsula yesterday under the title “Italian festival begins at Lulu Hypermarket.”
“On behalf of the management of Lulu Hypermarket Group we wish to give our sincere apology to MRS Palma Libotte Chairperson and Founder of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and to all their employees for the error in our press release in stating the Italian Trade Commission were joint sponsors of the Italian Cuisine Week “The Extraordinary Italian Taste,” said a release issued by the group yesterday.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce is supporting this event jointly with the Italian embassy in Qatar, it added.
