DOHA: Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC), the leading provider of fully integrated logistics services, has entered into an agreement with Qatar Solar Technologies (QSTec) to provide the latter with a variety of logistics, distribution and storage services, including freight forwarding, general logistics, supply of manpower and equipment, and warehousing.
QSTec Chairman and CEO Dr Khalid Klefeekh Al Hajri and GWC Group CEO Ranjeev Menon attended the signing ceremony on November 7. The two signed a contract which provides QSTec with three services: Freight forwarding & expediting services; distribution & storage; and party storage facilities. The agreement will span a three-year period beginning from November 3, 2013.
Remarking on QSTec’s mission to supply clean energy and reduce polluting emissions in Qatar and internationally, Ranjeev Menon said: “Gulf Warehousing Company works hard to provide a base of support for all Qatari companies and ventures, particularly those who work to build a sustainable future for the State of Qatar.”
Ranjeev said that “by providing strong and reliable logistics infrastructure, GWC does its part to ensure that the game changers in the Qatari market accomplish their missions and their goals”.
