5.6-magnitude quake hits Mindanao, Philippines: GFZ

Beijing: An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 jolted Mindanao, Philippines at 1231 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 8.85 degrees north latitude and 126.48 degrees east longitude.
