Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered in the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from Feb. 5 to 9, 2023 reached QR397,894,233.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant lands, houses, a residential building, and a multi-use commercial building.
Sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Doha, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, Umm Salal, Al Wakra, and Al Shamal. The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered in the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from Jan. 29 to Feb. 2, 2023 reached QR 360,322,459.
