The fifth outgoing batch of Grade XII students of Birla Public School, comprising 84 students from the Science stream and 37 students from the Commerce stream taking the All India Senior School Certificate Examination received their Hall Ticket for the exam at a solemn ceremony held at the Basant Kumar Birla Auditorium.
C V Rappai, Chairman, Lukose K Chacko, Vice Chairman, Dr Mohan Thomas, Gope Shahani, Directors of the Governing Council of Birla Public School, life member Narayanan, parents and teachers attended the function.
The school choir sang ‘Lead kindly light’ while candles were lit by the teachers and students to signify the knowledge and enlightenment shared and spread.
A K Shrivastava, Principal, encouraged the students to do well in their exams and also be good citizens in the future.
