Meanwhile, the Supreme Organizing Committee of the 17th Qatar International Falcons and Hunting Festival (Marmi 2026) announced that early registration and inspection for the Haddad Al Tahadi competition—part of the Marmi Festival—will also begin today, and continue until the November 19. Registration will be held from 9am to 12 noon at the headquarters of the Qatari Al Gannas Society in Katara Cultural Village.
The committee noted that early registration for the Haddad Al Tahadi competition aims to reduce pressure during the main registration period, which will be announced next month, especially as this particular event records unprecedented participation numbers from falconers.
The committee also stated that the final deadline for registration will be during the Marmi 2026 Festival registration period at the end of next month.
The second edition of the Katara Falconry and Hunting Championship will begin on November 26 at Sabkhat Marmi in Sealine.
The number of competition days will be determined based on the number of participants in each event.
