Doha: Qatar has strongly condemned and denounced the explosion which took place during a security raid in the Turkish city of Gaziantep, resulting in several deaths and injuries.
In a statement, the Foreign Ministry stressed Qatar’s solidarity with the Turkish Republic and support for all efforts to maintain security and stability in the country, renewing its firm stance that rejects violence and terrorism in all their forms and manifestations, and whatever their source or motives. The ministry’s statement expressed sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the Turkish government and the people and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
