The penumbral lunar eclipse witnessed in Doha last night. According to astronomers, it’s a rarely seen and hard-to-spot Harvest Moon lunar eclipse. The Harvest Moon is the one that comes the closest to the autumnal equinox. The eclipse gets it name from the outer part of the Earth’s shadow, which is known as the penumbra.
