MES Indian School pupil Mohammed Faaz, the only athlete from all the expatriate schools in Qatar, was selected for the Qatar National Youth Athletic Team recently. Mohammed Faaz, a grade eleven student attended an intensive coaching session held in Paris, France as part of the training. He had also won a number of Gold medals and certificates in the CBSE National Inter School Athletic Competitions. Principal, Sasidharan A P, felicitated the athlete for his achievement in a special assembly. The school has extended its sports infrastructure by opening a new handball court and also renovated its existing sports arena.
