Katara General Manager Dr Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti presents a memento to Netherlands Ambassador Bahia Tahzib-Lie at Katara yesterday.
The General Manager of the Cultural Village Foundation-Katara Dr Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti and Netherlands Ambassador Bahia Tahzib-Lie discussed ways to bolster cultural ties during a meeting yesterday. The Ambassador lauded the strong bilateral and cultural relations that exist between the Qatar andNetherlands. She expressed appreciation of Katara’s facilities as well as the amasing cultural performances, events, and exhibitions that are regularly held as part of Katara’s mission in spreading cultural awareness.
For his part, Al Sulaiti, said: “Katara constantly strives to extend bridges of communication among peoples and be open to different cultures and civilisations, stressing Katara’s keenness to boost coordination with embassies in Doha in order to continuously host diverse events that reflect various cultures.” Al Sulaiti and Tahzib-Lie exchanged mementos at the conclusion of the meeting.
