In the recently concluded Inter Club Athletic Meet organised by Qatar Athletic Federation (QAF) at Khalifa Stadium, students of IIS representing various clubs excelled in major events. Lindsay Charles Bojja representing Al Arabi Sports Club won the gold medal in Javelin Throw while in the 400m race, Hisham Abdul Hakeem of Al Wakra Sports Club won the gold medal. Faheem Faisal representing Al Ahli Sports Club won the bronze medal in the 200m.
