Doha: Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) issued on Monday a weather warning to owners of farms and camps located in open areas across the country, citing expected weather fluctuations in the coming days.
In a statement, the department urged owners to exercise the highest levels of caution and vigilance and secure tents and facilities well against strong downdraft winds.
QMD also advised the public to follow the latest weather updates issued through official sources.
