Eight health centres in some areas outside Doha as well as some specialised clinics will be closed on the National Day on Sunday, said the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) yesterday.
Health centres in Um Slal, Al Daayen, Al Karaana, Abu Nakhla, Al Thumama, Gharrafat Al Rayyan, Leghwairiya and Al Kaaban will be closed during the National Day holiday.
Also Ophthalmology, ENT, Dermatology and Premarital Examination clinics will close in all health centres which have the services.
Health centres in Doha including Al Rayyan, Madinat Khalifa, Rawdat Al Khail, Umm Ghuwailina, Abu Baker Siddiq, West Bay, AirPort area, Leabaib, Omar Bin Khattab and Mesaimeer will be working from 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 11pm.
Dental services will be available daily in two shifts from 7am to 2pm and from 4pm to 10pm.
Health centres outside Doha in Al Khor, Al Shamal, Al Wakra will open from 7am to 11pm.
Al Khor and Al Shamal health centres will close from 2pm to 4pm on the National Day. Al Khor Health Center operates in two shifts, from 7am to 2pm and in the evening from 4pm to 10pm.
Al Sheehaniya Health Center will operate from 7am to 9pm while Jumailiya health centre operates on call for 24 hours.
Dental services in Al Sheehaniya and Al Shamal health centres will be available between 7am and 2pm.
The health centre in Al Wakra will be open from 7am to 2pm and from 4pm to 10pm.
