Ooredoo yesterday announced the launch of a new payment system for Hala customers, enabling them to buy Hala credit or recharge data and pay for it at the end of the month.
The new service, called Hala Go, will cost QR25 per month, and will give customers the chance to purchase Hala credit and data add-ons immediately, while paying for the services at the end of the billing period.
The service, which will give QR25 back in credit every month, has been heavily requested by Hala customers and will now offer users the convenience and cost effectiveness that comes with a Hala account, while now being able to top-up wherever and whenever needed.
Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari, Director, Community and Public Relations, Ooredoo Qatar, said: “Ooredoo is striving to make our services available for everyone 24/7, and thanks to this new billing method, Hala customers can now top-up and stay in contact without the need to visit an Ooredoo Shop or Self-Service Machine. This new service has been designed to offer more flexibility and options for our prepaid customers than ever before.”
The service can be accessed via Ooredoo Shops. Customers need to take a valid QID to any Ooredoo Shop branch to activate the service.
Hala customers can order multiple credit or data recharges during the month.
